SMS Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Sun Industrial, Inc. (“Sun”) uses SMS messaging for low-volume internal operational communications with
specifically authorized employees. The program may be used by Sun’s AI PM Assistant and other
authorized Sun systems or personnel to communicate about company projects and operations.

Information We Collect
For this SMS program, Sun may collect and use an authorized employee’s mobile phone number, the content of messages sent to and from the program, message timestamps, delivery information, and related operational records needed to provide and maintain the service.

How We Use SMS Information
SMS information is used for internal business purposes such as responding to employee questions, project status updates, task and deadline reminders, follow-up notifications, schedule information, and other project-management or operational communications.

Mobile Information and Sharing
Sun does not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers that help Sun operate the SMS service, solely as necessary to provide those services, or when required by law.

Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on project activity, employee requests, reminders, and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on the employee’s mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out and Help
Authorized employees may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After an opt-out request is processed, no further SMS messages will be sent to that number unless the employee later provides new consent. Employees may reply HELP for assistance or contact Sun Industrial, Inc. through normal company communication channels.

Consent
Participation in the SMS program is voluntary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or of receiving any company benefit.

Security and Retention
Sun uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information associated with the SMS program. SMS records may be retained as reasonably necessary for business operations, recordkeeping, security, compliance, and legal obligations.
