These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the low-volume internal business messaging program operated by Sun Industrial, Inc. (“Sun”) for specifically authorized employees.

Program Description
The Sun SMS program provides internal operational communications, including employee-initiated questions and responses, project status updates, task and deadline reminders, follow-up notifications, schedule information, and other project-management communications. The program is not used for advertising, marketing, or promotional campaigns.

Enrollment and Consent
Only specifically authorized Sun employees are enrolled in this program. Before recurring SMS messages are sent, the employee provides express consent through Sun’s internal enrollment process after being informed of the nature of the program, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to obtain help or opt out. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of receiving any company benefit.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on employee requests, project activity, reminders, deadlines, and operational needs.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After the opt-out request is processed, Sun will stop sending SMS messages to that number unless the employee later provides new consent.

Help
Reply HELP for assistance or contact Sun Industrial, Inc. through normal company communication channels.

Privacy
Sun’s SMS Privacy Policy explains how information associated with this program is collected, used, and protected. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility and Appropriate Use
This program is intended only for authorized Sun employees and legitimate company business. Users should not use the SMS program for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Changes
Sun may update these SMS Terms & Conditions as operational, legal, or carrier requirements change. The current version will be posted on Sun’s public website.
